Alessandro Sbrondoni dedicated his work as a musician to master an instrument so special because the bayan.
Since 1972 the artist is part of the New Consonance and performed homonymous Improvisation Group from 1977 to 1985.
As a composer, he wrote many pieces for accordion which merged in his recordings. These include Virgo, 2003, for bass clarinet and bayan, which is inspired by the Kindersuiten Solotarev or My J 2008 for saxophone, piano, bayan and bass, or even Sirius 2009 for bayan and orchestra.
It then takes part in the recording AleaNova the Group Project, which conducts Sbordoni since 2002 of improvisation activities and execution of random historical and recent scores; Germano Scurti (Bayan); Guido Arbonelli (clarinet) and the National Symphony Orchestra of the RAI directed by Arturo Tamayo.
